Welcome to the BHS  PTSA 2018-2019 school year!

We would love your help with PTSA this year!  We are looking for parents to help with Pass – the-Hat Fundraiser on Curriculum night, Reflections chair/co-chair, Vice-President of Communications, Vice President of Resources, Social Networks,  BHS Wish List, Advocacy, Business Supporters,  and Volunteer Coordinator.

For Parent Link night, Sept 4, we need a team of seasoned BHS parents  to answer incoming parent questions. We will need help giving tours of the facilities, and connect with other parents and staff. Questions can be directed to

Reflections 2018

It’s time to get those Reflections entries in!

Encourage your student to get show off those creative juices and shine! This year’s Reflections theme is “Within Reach” Categories are: Dance, Film, Literature, Music, Photography, Visual Arts and Special Artist.

Deadline for entries is Monday, November 26, 2018. All winning submissions will be displayed at the Council Reflections Reception in early January, 2019. Entry forms are available in the main office, from BHS art teachers, or online at

Back To School Fair Aug 27

By now a Back-to-School postcard should have arrived in your mailbox. If you did not receive that, please call the front office to make sure they have your correct mailing address, then visit the BHS website to download all the information that you need to know!

Monday, August 27 in the Commons
Seniors 7 am – 9:30 am
Juniors 9:30 am – 12 pm
Sophomores 1 pm – 3 pm
Freshman are welcome to come at any time on this day.

FRESHMEN will have picture taken, receive free ID card, pay fees. Class schedules are distributed on Student Link Day.

SOPHOMORES, JUNIORS & SENIORS will have picture taken, receive free ID card, view class schedule, pay fees, and JRS/SRS pay &/or pick up parking stickers (must clear fines).

*Students who are not able to attend the Back to School Fair may obtain their schedules online through StudentVue.
